ON SITE BALANCING
We are using German made field balancing machine for balancing of the impeller on site with accuracy and as per standard.
SHOP FLOOR BALANCING
We also have balancing machine in our company which can do the balancing up to 3 meters impeller.
ON SITE PERFORMANCE TESTING
We provide service for on site Performance testing of the centrifugal fans as per standard and accurate report of performance of the centrifugal fans and also we use pilot tube, velocity meter and manometer for measuring of flow and pressure.
ON SITE VIBRATION ANALYSIS
On site vibration analysis we use German make machine vibration analyzer which gives accurate results of vibration analysis and we also give service of suggestion and vibration removing remedies.
BEARING ANALYSIS
We do bearing analysis like failure analysis, pre-failure analysis, replacement of bearing by using standard methods and tools also provide detailed report of analysis.
BEARING TEMPERATURE ANALYSIS
We find sometime natural temperature rise in bearing which will damage the bearing, so we do the analysis for abnormal temperature rise and provide solutions for the same.
ABNORMAL SOUND/NOISE ANALYSIS
Sometimes fans make abnormal noise and sometimes it will be manufacturing defect, so we do the analysis for abnormal sound and give the solution for the manufactured defect.
SHAFT ANALYSIS
We also give on site service for shaft checking for manufacturing defect, shaft bend/play, ovality which are the cause for abnormal vibration and bearing damage. We do the full analysis of shaft and give detailed report.
INSTALLATION AND COMMISSIONING SERVICE
We also give the service for installtion & commissioning of fan with our trained engineers and fitters and after installtion & commissiong service
